Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Processing time for commissions is decided on a case by case basis between myself and the client. I do not accept responsibility for postal delays/loss.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

I accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the order is placed or until the order is shipped, whichever comes sooner. Please contact me immediately if you would like to change/cancel your order.

I accept returns on prints and original artworks up to 14 days after delivery, but do not offer refunds or exchanges for commissioned or personalised pieces. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping of the item, and if the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any corresponding loss of value. Returns must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery, and refunds will only be processed once items have been received and if they are in their original condition.
